Section 01

The Accelerator & Writing Camp

The Indvstry Exchange Accelerator is a multi-tiered, global creative pipeline designed to discover, upskill, and elevate independent musicians, songwriters, producers, audio engineers, and visual creators (stylists, photographers, and videographers) across Africa and the diaspora.

Applications close officially on August 30th. Our selection committee will review all private submissions and announce the Top 100 creators moving into the next phase shortly after.

You will enter our intensive 4-week Virtual Accelerator. This includes a mandatory weekly webinar every Saturday led by international industry professionals, Grammy-winning producers, entertainment lawyers, and music executives, covering everything from sync rights to image branding.

Every single creator who completes the 4-week program receives a professionally designed, industry-standard Electronic Press Kit (EPK) to pitch to global media and labels, alongside invaluable mentorship.

Based on performance, engagement, and creative drive during the 4-week virtual accelerator, our panel of elite judges will narrow the cohort down to 30 standout creators. Our judges are world-class music industry executives with over 80 combined years of experience in the global music business. If selected, you will join us live at a secure, premium location in Nairobi for an intensive 3-day writing and content camp.

Days 1 & 2 (Strictly Recording): You will write, produce, mix, and master new music in high-end studios with direct coaching from elite producers.

Day 3 (Content Day): A dedicated day for professional photoshoots, video content creation for social media, and expert image consultations with industry stylists.

No. The entire Artist Accelerator programme, including the 4-week Virtual Incubator and the 3-day in-person Nairobi writing and content camp, is 100% free. There is no application fee, no programme fee and no deposit at any stage. Premium studio tracking, engineering, photoshoots, styling and social content bundles are all covered for you. If anyone asks you to pay to take part, it is not us, email exchange@indvstryclvb.com.

Out of the 30 artists at the writing camp, our executive panel will select the Top 3 Finalists. These 3 winners will get the ultimate opportunity to perform the actual tracks they created during the camp live on stage at our massive December concert in Nairobi.

No. The Accelerator accepts one person per application. Bands, duos, or groups must email us first at exchange@indvstryclvb.com before submitting so we can review the case individually. Group applications submitted without prior clearance will be disqualified.

Our panel of judges has the final and absolute say on all selection decisions — Top 100, Top 30, and Top 3. Selections are not open to appeal or negotiation.

Yes. Indvstry Exchange reserves the right to terminate any participant from the Accelerator, Writing Camp, or Concert at any time — without refund — if they fail to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally toward mentors, judges, staff, other participants, venues, or partners.

Yes. All communication, feedback, mentor notes, unreleased music, deal terms, and any private information shared by Indvstry Exchange, its mentors, judges, or partners is strictly confidential. Participants may not share, screenshot, publish, or leak any private correspondence. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal from the program.

Section 02

Daytime Panels & Headline Concert

The finale is a full-day cultural experience divided into two parts:

Daytime, A high-level industry forum featuring three distinct panel talks spaced out across the morning and afternoon.

Nighttime, The official second annual Indvstry Exchange Concert, featuring global headliners alongside our 3 accelerator winners performing live.

The daytime panel forum and the nighttime headline concert are part of a unified, full-day cultural experience. Tickets purchased for the daytime industry panels will automatically grant you full access to the headline concert at night, giving you the ultimate all-day pass to network and celebrate.

The panels will feature international music executives, Grammy-nominated producers, entertainment lawyers, video directors, image consultants, and creative leaders. They will discuss global sync rights, music licensing, cross-market branding, and building sustainable infrastructure.

Alongside the Top 3 winners of our Accelerator program, the lineup will feature major global headline talent and surprise guest artists. Stay locked to our socials for official lineup announcements!

Section 03

The Indvstry Exchange (Global Network)

Indvstry Exchange, organized by Indvstry Clvb and Vuga Music Inc., is a cross-continental creative engine and ecosystem. Positioned as a global exchange of creative ideas and culture, our vision is to build a borderless network that helps creators, founders, and tastemakers build sustainable, global brands across international markets.

No. While our December 2026 flagship experiences (the panels, writing camp, and concert) are hosted in Nairobi, Indvstry Exchange is a borderless global network. We kicked off Phase 1 in late 2025 across both Nairobi and Cape Town, and we have active plans to expand into multiple major African and global cities worldwide in the near future. We welcome creators from all over the continent and the global diaspora.

The ecosystem is co-presented and organized by Indvstry Clvb and Vuga Music Inc. The program is proudly powered by global music distribution giant Symphonic Distribution, with premium support from Spin Music and Luc Belaire France.

Yes! Indvstry Exchange is a cross-continental platform. We welcome applications and attendance from creators, executives, and innovators across the entire African continent as well as the UK, US, European, and global diaspora.

Submissions must be 100% original and unreleased. No uncleared samples or interpolations, no third-party stems you don't own, and nothing that has previously been distributed or released on any platform. Anything that breaches this is disqualified without review.

Master royalties on any official Indvstry Exchange compilation are administered by Symphonic Distribution and split 80/20 in the artist's favour. Publishing administration and sync licensing are handled by Vuga Music Publishing.

Policies, Refunds & Media Release

Strictly no refunds. All ticket sales, package purchases, RSVPs converted to paid access, application and program fees, and any deposits are final and non-refundable — including for no-shows, travel disruptions, visa denials, illness, schedule changes, lineup changes, weather, or personal cancellation. This is codified in Article 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

No. Tickets and program slots are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold. The named ticket-holder or program participant must present matching photo ID at check-in.

We reserve the right to modify the lineup, schedule, venue, or format at any time — these changes do not qualify for a refund. In the rare event that we cancel an event outright with no rescheduled date, ticket-holders will be offered a credit toward a future Indvstry Exchange event of equivalent value.

Yes. Video, photography, and audio recordings will be captured throughout all Indvstry Exchange events — including panels, mixers, after-parties, cultural experiences, the Nairobi Writing Camp, and the December Concert.
