What is the Artist Accelerator?
A global pipeline built for African creative excellence.
The Indvstry Exchange Artist Accelerator is not another talent show. It is a purpose-built, multi-phase global pipeline engineered to connect the raw creative energy of Africa and its diaspora with the infrastructure required to build sustainable international careers, distribution, publishing, editorial pitching, elite mentorship, and a live stage in front of the industry that decides who breaks next.
Every applicant is met with the same premise: your work is your résumé. Submit one finished piece, and our elite panel evaluates it on creative drive, technical readiness, and market potential. From there, 1,000 applicants become 100 mentees, 100 become 30 camp attendees in Nairobi, and 30 become 3 finalists on the December headline stage.

Who is it for?
Every role in the room.
This program is deliberately built for the full ecosystem it takes to launch a modern artist. Musicians, songwriters, producers, sound engineers, mixers, vocalists, and instrumentalists apply for their craft. Stylists, photographers, videographers, music video directors, and content creators apply to shape the visual campaigns that carry that music into the world.
You must be 18+, have full or part ownership of the work you submit, and be committed to the 4-week virtual mentorship schedule.
The Grand Prize

The three finalists walk away with global music distribution via Symphonic Distribution, publishing administration via Vuga Music Inc., and a primetime performance slot at the Second Annual Indvstry Exchange Concert in Nairobi this December, in front of the executives, tastemakers, and press that shape the industry.

Every Saturday for four weeks, the Virtual Incubator puts you in a live video room with Grammy-winning producers, music lawyers, A&Rs, music publishers, image consultants, talent managers, record label owners, playlist curators, DJs, video directors, and headline artists actively moving global careers. Ask the question, get the note, workshop the record, no gatekeepers, no filler. This is the online cohort that decides who flies to Nairobi.
